Family Vision Board Night is a free, interactive gathering designed for parents and caregivers raising children with mental, behavioral, and emotional health challenges.

Hosted by the Federation of Families of Central Florida, this event offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and reimagine the future together.

Participants will take part in a guided vision board activity with all supplies provided, along with music, inspiration, and meaningful conversation. The evening encourages families to explore their hopes, goals, and resilience while connecting with others who understand their journey.

Food, refreshments, incentives, and childcare supervision will be provided so families can relax, create, and leave feeling inspired, supported, and connected.
