The Father & Male Figure Holiday Brunch is a free, supportive gathering created for fathers and male caregivers raising children with mental, behavioral, and emotional health challenges. Hosted by the Federation of Families of Central Florida, this event offers a welcoming space for honest conversation, reflection, and connection during a season that can feel overwhelming.

Through a guided group discussion, participants will explore practical tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and navigate holiday pressures while protecting their peace. The brunch-style setting encourages open dialogue, shared experiences, and the building of genuine brotherhood among men who “get it.”

Brunch will be provided.
